are we paying 25 thousand extra?Is KHB looting money

Intially when the applications were called for allotment of sites by KHB at suryanagar, it was announced that for MIG site , with the dimension of 30x50ft,with 550rs/ sq. ft , it was quoted 8 lakh 25 thousand. Now when the allotment is made the site is allotted as 9x15 mts. If we convert it in to sq .feet it will come up to only 1453 sq. ft ... while we are paying for 1500 sq ft.. that means we are loosing 47.2 sq. ft, which amounts whopping 25000 rs
